NPDL.org stages yet another historic event!  Tune-in and watch the Harvard Debate Council and The Convictionists intellectually collide behind the walls of Maine State Prison on Wednesday April 8th, 2026.

The Convictionists feature an integrated NPDL cohort of residents and a Maine correctional officer. All cohort members spent twelve weeks learning and growing together equally as NPDL students and now will be debating together as teammates against the vaunted Harvard Debate Council! Foreign policy is the academic topic but a beautiful form of social diplomacy is what you will see on full display. The NPDL community of practice is amazing.
