On October 12, 2022, during the 12th National Conference on Higher Education in Prison the National Prison Debate League plenary session featured the Maine Department of Corrections Debate Team vs Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Debate Team. The two teams argued the topic: “The United States should adopt a constitutional amendment to require term limits for justices of the Supreme Court”.
