NPDL Mission
The NPDL seeks to promote human potential and social diplomacy by creating safe educational spaces wherein a thoughtful exchange of ideas can increase knowledge, understanding, and community.
The National Prison Debate League (NPDL) aims to provide new and interactive postsecondary educational opportunities for incarcerated men and women within all state and federal facilities nationwide. Through the creation and expansion of NPDL member teams and collegiate partnerships, we seek to build positive communities of critical thinkers, problem solvers, and effective communicators, on both sides of the walls, who value collaborative learning, teamwork, and peaceful conflict resolution.
